The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning confirmed that the value of real estate activity in the governorates of in Al Buraimi, Musandam, North Al Batinah and Dhofar last September amounted to more than OMR 45,464,000 while the fees collected amounted to more than OMR 1,500,000.
Moreover, the value of real estate activity recorded in September in Al Buraimi Governorate amounted to more than OMR 4,087,000 while the fees collected amounted OMR 175,087,000 through the conclusion of 1,047 legal transactions of sale, donation, inheritance, swap, mortgage, mortgage release, land usufruct in addition to division.
The governorate witnessed the registration of 247 sale contracts, 43 mortgage contracts, 55 in donation, 13 in inheritance, 2 swap contacts, 26 in mortgage release, 29 deed stamping, 35 land usufruct contracts and 5 division contract.
The directorate completed 2,278 transactions in the Implementation and Planning Follow-Up Section, 172 in the Geographic Information Systems Department, 214 in the Engineering Drawing Section,322 in the Survey Section and 134 in the Physical Planning Section.
On the other hand, the value of real estate activity recorded in September in Musandam Governorate amounted to more than OMR 800,000 while the fees collected amounted OMR 44,000 through the conclusion of 429 legal transactions of sale, donation, inheritance, swap, mortgage, mortgage release, land usufruct in addition to division.
Furthermore, Musandam governorate witnessed the registration of 51 sale contracts, 32 in donation, 13 in inheritance, 2 swap contracts, 10 contracts mortgage,5 usufruct contracts, 5 in mortgage release and 8 dividing contracts. The total number of land plots issued during last September reached 303 title deed. The directorate completed 1,401 transactions in Planning and Survey Department and 330 transactions in Implementation and Planning Follow-Up Section.
As for the Directorate General of Housing Urban Planning in North Al Batinah Governorate, the total value of real estate activity recorded last September in the governorate reached more than OMR 32,643,000, while fees collected during the same period amounted to OMR 900,000, through the completion of 7,704 transactions including sale, donation, inheritance, swap, mortgage, mortgage release, deed stamping, in addition to division.
At the governorate level, a total of 1,580 transactions were registered in sale contracts, 381 in donations, 283 in inheritance, 28 swap contracts, 365 in mortgage, 84 in mortgage release, 30 in land usufruct, and 138 contracts in division.
The total number of title deeds issued during the same period totaled 4,773. Moreover, the implementation and planning follow-up section at the directorate completed 2,592 transactions last September and 188 transactions were completed by the geographic information systems section and 1,748 transactions completed by the engineering drawing section.
As for the Directorate General of Housing and Urban Planning in Dhofar Governorate, the total value of real estate activity recorded last September in the governorate reached OMR 8 Million while fees collected during the same period amounted to OMR 382,000, through the completion of 1,851 transactions including sale, donation, inheritance, swap, mortgage, mortgage release, deed stamping, addition to division and deeds issued.
At the governorate level, a total of 421 transactions were registered in sale contracts, 59 in mortgage, 99 in donation, 41 in inheritance, 38 in mortgage, release, 18 contracts in dividing, 19 in land usufruct and 18 in deed stamping
The total number of title deeds issued during the same period totaled 1,137.
Additionally, the Directorate completed 66 transactions in the Physical Planning Section, 333 transactions in Survey Section, 422 transactions in the Geographical Information Systems Section, 415 transactions in the Engineering Drawing Section, and 56 transactions in the Implementation and Planning Follow-up Section.
