Engineer Saif bin Amer Al Shaqsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing approved the electronic system of issuing licenses of practicing real estate mediation starting from early next year 2017, through the ministry’s web site www.housing.gov.om which will allow real estate mediators and developers to practice the profession of real estate mediation formally through a statement issued by the General Directorate of Real Estate Development in order to organize the practices of mediation legally that unify the system work in this field .
the electronic system will be applied in the governorate of Muscat as a first stage registered real estate mediators will pay the fees of issuing licenses of practicing real estate mediation via the ministry’s website as well as to individual’s real estate mediators card.
