Saif bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Yahmadi, Director General of Housing in South Sharqiyah Governorate said that the total value of real estate activity registered in the governorate during the month of March of this year is over than (6,801,000) while the fees collected more than (290,000) included the transactions of sale, swap, grant, mortgage, mortgage redemption, deed remarks, utilization, dividing and other contracts.
He added that the governorate of South Al Sharqiyah registered (395) sales contracts, (98) mortgage (178) grant contracts, (32) inheritance contracts, (6) swap contracts, (40) mortgage redemption contracts, (7) utilization contracts, (21) division contracts in addition to (3) deed remarking contracts. Moreover, the Directorate granted (130) residential lands during the same period.
The General Director of Housing in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate said that the total number of title deeds issued during March reched (1276) title deed at the level of the governorate Wilayats, including (5) title deeds were issued for GCC citizens, in keeping with the regulations of property titling in the Sultanate, (3) deeds in Jalan and (2) in Sur all for UAE citizens.
Moreover, Eng. Ali bin Abdullah bin Said Al Hinai, Director General of Housing in Musandam governorate said that the value of traded real estate activity in Musandam governorate during the month of Marach over than RO (969,700) while over than RO (50,000) was collected as respective fees against the conclusion of (50) legal transactions including sale, grant, inheritance, mortgage, and mortgage redemption.
Al Hinai added that registered contracts included (28) in sale, (26) in grant, (9) in inheritance, (10) in mortgage, (5) utilization contracts in addition to (6) contracts in mortgage release, (3) in swap and (11) in division. He also added that the number of title deeds issued during the month of March amounted to (274) deeds distributed to the wilayats of the governorate including, (197) residential lands.
On the other hand, Eng. Abdullah bin Talib bin Ali Al Hinai, Director General of Housing in Al Dhahira governorate stated that the total value of real estate activity in the governorate during the month of March over than (7,488,000) with fees collected during the same period amounting more than (263,000) through (2065) real estate transactions including sale, swap, grant, mortgage, mortgage redemption, deed stamping and other transactions.
He added that transactions of sale contracts in Al Dhahira governorate recorded (287) contracts, (132) were registered under mortgage, (9) in swap, (138) in grant, (28) under inheritance, and (23) in utilizing, (54) in mortgage redemption, (18) in deed stamping and (38) contract in dividing. He added that the total number of title deeds issued during March reached (1338) deed including (4) for UAE citizens as (3) in Ibri and (1) in Dhank..
Eng. Abdullah bin Talib bin Ali Al Hinai, said that a number of (2056) transactions were completed in the Implementation and Follow-up section. The GIS Section completed (126) transactions in addition to (1250) transactions in the survey section and (1731) transactions in the Engineering Drawing. A number of (71) cases were registered as well as reviewing (90) cases and reviewing (45) cases of in the ownership verification section.
Eng. Abdullah bin Talib bin Ali Al Hinai, Director General of Housing in Al Dhahira governorate concluded his statement by stating that the Directorate planned and amended several schematic pockets in the Wialyats of Al Dhahira as in it planned the schems Masel, Al Nour, Industrial Tenamm Al Fawares, Swayida Al Ma”a in Ibri that provided (3389) land plot for a number of uses. Moreover, the Directorate planned the Al Raki scheme that provided (485) land plot for a number of uses on the level of the that provided (1472) land plot in Yanqul. As well as the Directorate planned Al Dwaihriyah Scheme that provided (127) land plot in Dhank.
Khamis bin Saif bin Zahran Aal AbdulSalam, Director General of Housing in Al Buraimi governorate said that the total value of real estate activity recorded during the month of March in the governorate over than RO (3,709,000) and the amount of the fees collected over than RO (147,000) through the completion of (753) legal transactions, including transactions of sale, grant, inheritance, swap, mortgage in addition to mortgage redemption.
Aal AbdulSalam added that the transactions of sale contracts in Al Buraimi governorate recorded (109) contracts, in addition to the registration of (45) mortgage contracts, (40) grant contracts, (5) inheritance contracts, one (1) swap contract, (6) mortgage redemption contracts, (3) deed stamping contracts, and one (5) division contract and total number of title deeds issued during last March reached (493) title deeds, including (6) titles to GCC citizens as per the controls of GCC citizens real estate ownership applied in the Sultanate, (4) of them were in the wilayat of Al Sinanah, and (1) in the wilayats of Mahadha and Al Buraimi all for UAE Citizens.
Khamis Aal AbdulSalam, Director General of Housing in Al Buraimi Governorate concluded his statement saying that the number of transactions completed in the implementation planning and follow-up section reached (388) transaction. The GIS section completed (46) transactions in addition to (445) transaction in the survey section and (189) transaction in the natural planning department. As well as (16) cases were registered, (26) cases were reviewed and (3) cases were inspected in ownership verification section.
