The Ministry of Housing signed (4) agreements to grant Osoul Poultry Company the right of utilize (4) sites in the Wilayat of Haima with an area of (47) million square meters to establish a poultry project within the food security projects being implemented in the Sultanate.
Moreover, Ahmed Bin Ali Al Shehri, Director General of Housing in Al Wusta Governorate, signed (4) utilization contracts that cover (4) different sites in Haima in order to implement the projects of “Poultry Mothers”. The first site covers an area of ( 15) million square meters as well as (15) million square meters allocated for the second site. An area of (14.9) million square meters was allocated for the third site and a fourth site with an area of (2) million square meters.
According to granted utilization contracts, annual fees will be collected for the use of the specified land. The sites allocated in accordance with the approved rules and standards for the establishment of poultry projects, which require large areas to meet healthy and environmental requirements, safety standards and a safe distance between each site.
