Chaired by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing Engineer Saif bin Amer Al Shaqsi, the first Internal Tender Committee meeting of this year was held on Wednesday 18/1/2017 in the ministry building where a number of new projects were assigned with a total cost of RO (682,627).
The meeting approved the assignment of tender regarding completing the remaining works on housing building in the wilayat of Samayil in the in Al Dhakhiliyah Governorate with an amount of RO (496,171) and the tender of cleaning works in the ministry building with an amount of RO (81,000) in addition to the tender regarding the project of constructing of public hall in the Wilyat of Al Sinanah in Al Buraimi governorate with RO (85.000).
The meeting also approved the recommendation of the Sub-committee Tenders of the General Directorate of Housing in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate regarding assigning the project of locating landmarks for (3497) land plot in the Al Ayja scheme (5) in the Wilayat of Sur worth RO (10,141) as well as it approved the recommendation of the Sub-Committee Tenders of the General Directorate of Housing in Al Wusta Governorate regarding the assigning the project of locating landmarks in the Wilayat of Mahout in the schemes of Al Seel phases (1 and 2) and Al Khabah (phase 1) worth RO (10,315) .
