The Land Department of the Directorate General of Housing for the Governorate of South Al Batinah distributed yesterday (Wednesday, 12/4/2017) a number of (189) residential plots in the wilayat of Al Musanah in south Al Nahdah scheme to eligible citizens. The Real Estate Registry Department handed over the title deeds to the citizens who completed the fee payment procedures.
Thus, the Directorate has distributed more than (2110) residential land in the wilayat of Al Musanah in within two months as the Directorate is moving forward in the distribution of lands in other wilayats respectively.
